Can you offer me sample?
Yes, we can provide samples for you to test and inspect the quality.
What is a return policy?
We only accept returns and exchanges due to quality issues. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the problem. Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange, a replacement, or a refund. Custom OEM/ODM orders are not eligible for our unconditional return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by wire transfer. A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% to be paid in full before shipment.

After placing an order, the production lead time is approximately 20–30 days. We need 15 days to prepare all the materials, followed by 30 days for production.
We accept wire transfers (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C). For wire transfers, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining 70% must be paid in full prior to shipment. For large orders, Alibaba letters of credit may be used.
